About Us

The Realtors Estate Association of Pune was founded in 2011 by like minded and trustworthy property consultants to form a network in this unorganised sector and overcome the challenges in market conditions. The association was officially incorporated in 2015 and has grown considerably since then. It now represents 100 + new and old property dealers throughout Pune.

The association is governed by a committee, who are elected by members to represent them at all scheduled meetings. The board consists of five officers bearers.

Membership in Realtors Estate Association of Pune provides vital support to the Real estate agent commuity in Pune, and with this affiliation comes a variety of benefits specially designed and created for REAP members.

REAP currently has 100 plus property professionals and is affiliated to the national level association– CREBAI. We are one of the founder members of Confederation of Real Estate Broker’s Associations of India i.e. CREBAI.

REAP is registered under Bombay Trust act 1950 and Societies registration act 1860.

Realtors Estate Association of Pune is the voice of the real estate agents across Pune. REAP advocates issues of importance to the Real estate buyers, Builders and Developers and Property dealers.

The Association is ever vigilant and is in constant touch with various Government bodies such as PMC, Pune PCMC, Income Tax Officers and try to improve the image of its members among the circles.

Different builders, Investors, Public Enterprises, Multinational Companies, Government and Semi-Government offices keep in touch with the Association from time to time. This improves the business opportunity of our members.

REAP does not entertain any kind of ‘fly by night’ operators. Only trustworthy professionals are carefully chosen from the applications.

The goal of REAP website is to provide customers and its members access to a large database of valuable data on every property in the Pune . With this data you have a a sharp edge in your buying and selling decisions

Its base is thousands property records, built from the members’ database. Also other layers of data have been added such as zoning, permits, and loan information.

  • The Association is ever vigilant and is in constant touch with various Government bodies such as PMC, Pune Municipal Corporation, Income Tax Officers and try to improve the image of its members among the circles.

  • The Association arranges public meetings on matters of interest to its members, such as Budget, New Laws and Acts, Rent Act etc. These meetings are addressed by eminent Lawyers and Solicitors who are experts in these matters and members can ask various questions pertaining to these Laws and Acts by attending these meetings.
  • Members of the Association often meet at a get together by monthly and at the Annual General Meeting once a year and exchange business news and views. They also have business meetings with co-members besides taking part in entertainment programs. There are other meetings where members also meet. So let us meet and be together.
